Wordpress Plug-In Development

General information for the website: I need a wordpress plugin created that will let me add an affiliate program to my current membership website Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of every page/module: I need a wordpress plugin created that will add an mlm affiliate program to my current membership website. I am currently using s2 member pro plugin in order to handle the membership roles so I need this plugin to be able to work with s2member pro. Description of requirements/features: I need this plugin to be able to handle a 1 up affiliate program. I need to be able to set which sales get passed up to the sponsor of the referrer. In example I need to be able to set 1 and 10 which will tell the software that any time someone refers their first person and every 10th person, that person will be coded to the referrers sponsor. When I install this plug in into my wordpress site I need to be able to set a token that can be appended to any page that will denote a specific user account that is already created in wordpress. This way if I give a link to a sign up page and add a token such as ?234 that page would keep track of user number 234 as the referrer and track the affiliate commissions. I want that data to be passed on to any page that is viewed in the wordpress site so that no matter where they browse before making the purchase they will still be linked to the correct sponsor when ever they finally sign up. Also I want to be able to have a link that I can use to link into the plugin from any outside source. In example I have a squeeze page that is programmed in html that is not part of the wordpress site. I want to be able to have anyone add the token at the end of the url and when they are forwarded to the sign up page in the wordpress site I want that token to be appended so that the proper person is credited for the sale. The plug in also needs to be able to let the affiliates get information on what their genealogy tree looks like for levels below them. They need to be able to see who they have referred, and who they have referred, and who they have referred ect They software needs to have short codes built in so that I can place all of its functions on any page in wordpress that I want using a simple short code. In example if I want to show the genealogy report on a page I could just use {{Genealogy}} in the wordpress editor and it would know to insert that genealogy report there for the current user that was signed into wordpress I also need the plug in, to give me a short code for the current signed in user's affiliate link so that I can set up banners and have them just copy the code and it will automatically include the proper referral link for that account.
