I would like to hire a WordPress Developer

We need a developer for an appointment system for doctors. We want to work with an api for sms function. This is an SMS gateway, we work with www.messagebird.com. The appointment system also needs to be available for the patients so they can make appointments themselves. But ofcourses logged in patients can't see ANY details, only the available time slots, nothing else) When we look at the patients file (where we can see the date of birth, email address, telephone number, siblings, ..) (we will give the exact things later) we also need to see the history of appointments. (For example: If the patient visited the month before, we need to see why and when, ...) We also would like to have a back up system, so the agenda is automatically backed up every hour for example. We are looking for someone who can make this for our company and is willing in the future to work with us again and make little customizations for particular doctors, etc... Thank you!
