Custom flv player

Looking for a custom flv player. Feature list: Play/Pause (same button) Progress bar with buffering Total Time/Time Elapsed Volume Slider True Full Screen (like youtube) Logo overlay (animated gif if possible), lower left corner, opaque/transparent option, links to url Mid-roll ad overlay - should slide down from top (see reference image) Configurable autoplay (yes/no) Display screen shot (external image) until play pressed Embeddable in other sites (like MySpace etc). Configurable display size (down to 360x270), without display problems. Player should be controlled with an xml file that can control: Logo can be ommitted): URL for logo URL clicking the logo takes you to opaque/transparent logo toggle Mid-roll Ad (can be omitted): title 3 lines of text (html ok) delay before ad is displayed (in seconds) duration ad is displayed if not closed by the user (in seconds) Misc: autoplay = 1 or 0 (yes or no) Still image flv file *player size should be controlled by embed code, not the xml file I have created a detailed PSD file that includes all details needed for this project. Flash developer should have no problem opening and working with the PSD file. Future features may be possible if I am happy with the work.
