Hello, I'd be happy to assist you with this. I have 20 years development and integration experience, using SQL, C#, Javascript and many more and have worked on the design and implementation of lots of APIs, EDI, ERP/MRP systems. I have completed many similar integration projects here, through Freelancer also - please see my projects/ask. I'll take things up with the designated vendor and any local contact and ensure you get: - a robust and tested solution - sufficient documentation - any and all assistance required to go live with it as well as continued support/development at a future date on an as-needed basis The objective of the project is fairly clear: ensure a 24/7 solution exists that receives messages pushed and ensures they go into SQL in a managed and reliable way. I can think about possibilities to handle any errors/exceptions and means of alerting you. Second to the e-mail I would suggest considering SMS - since they might get picked up quicker than email. I am fully ok to use the proposed SMTP delivery mechanism, however we may also add Twilio-based alerts. If you'd like the SMS option in addition, we can have that as well as email both go through Twilio with SMTP being a fallback in case there is any issue sending either of these through Twilio.
