JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
RECRUITEMENT:
• Conducting Aptitude and Technical test for the candidates
• Preparing and issuing Offer Letter and Appointment letters to selected candidates
ONBOARDING ACTIVITIES:
• Taking care of joining formalities of new hires.
• Issuing ID Cards, Access Card, Salary Account creation and Oracle Id creation for new joinees.
• Giving HR induction
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE:
• Calculation and remittance of of ESI, PF and PT and submitting it to concerned offices.(monthly , half yearly and Annual returns)
• Updation of various statutory records like Leave and wages, OT register, Fines and Advances, Deduction and Adult Workers as per various labour Laws.
• Ensuring Weekly off and Compensatory off to company employees.
• Ensuring No violation in Duty hours and OT hours as per Factories Act 1948.
TIME OFFICE MANGEMENT:
• Maintaining attendance of on roll employees.
• Updation of leave cards and assigning shifts for the blue collared employees
PAYROLL:
• Finalizing the attendance
• Calculation and payment of salary of on roll employees.
• Calculation and payment of OT, Attendance Bonus, Production Incentive and Night Shift allowance.
• Issuing salary slips to all employees
• Preparing salary sheet workers and staff.
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL:
• Assisting the superior in performance appraisal function.
• Getting the probationary feedback from the section heads and confirming the services of probationers.
LABOUR WELFARE AND EMPLOYEE RELATION
• Ensuring all the workers are given with Uniforms, Safety Shoes and goggles.
• Addressing the issues related to payment of Salary, OT and Grievances of the employees.
ADMINISTRATION:
• Crosschecking the Transportation, Telephone, and other bills and approving it for the payment.
• Assisting the Admin Manager in all the administration activities.
EXIT FORMALITIES
• Conducting Exit Interview and filing of required forms.
• Preparing full and final settlement.
