I have an existing e-commerce store which is based in Prestashop; I am migrating it to Magento 2.0. I will be using Cart to Cart data migration tool to migrate all the data. However, I would like help with installation of the Magento on our dedicated server. Also, help with installation of theme, any customization needed in the theme, installation of additional modules, and setting them up. Testing the entire installation for bugs, and fixing the bugs. Optimize the installation for best possible speed, provide recommendations for best Server Side settings and plugins for most secure setup, and good caching. To extensively do testing before go-live up to client satisfaction. Provide 45 days support, to fix any bugs found after the go-live date. Payment will be made according to below milestone schedule. 10% payment made once Magento is installed and requested theme is installed. 20% payment made once all the requested modules are installed, and data is transferred from cart to cart migration. 20% payment made once the website is optimized for speed and server side settings are done for speed, security and caching. 20% payment made once Magento is fully tested and is bug-free and ready to go live and final data is transferred before go live. 10% payment after the website is made Live. 20% payment is made after 45 days of go Live once the Support period is over.
