Online Native English Lessons

I am looking for native English teachers who can give lessons to foreign individuals or groups through Skype using high speed connection. The lessons should range from beginner level to upper intermediate. A teacher should have formal English education, good teaching background and an effective teaching program for foreign English learners. Lessons needs to be given periodically and the teacher should have commitment to the timetable. It is expected from the teacher to develop : A genuine relationship with students. Understanding of a student’s cultural background. Understanding the individual needs of students. Encouraging English conversations using different topics. Patience and tact working with those who may lack confidence. Planning of interesting activities to improve learners' skills. Preparation to adapt lessons using feedback in class. Motivation of learners to continue with their study. The cost of lectures will be discussed and agreed.
