I run a small property management for a 19 unit fraternity house at UCLA each summer. Tenants contact us through email after seeing our website or online advertisements. We typically get 300 tenants emailing us each year for 35 to 40 summer spots at the house. A back and forth conversation with a tenant that ends up signing a lease and paying a security deposit will involve 5-10 emails on each end. I'm looking for someone to take care of tenants communications for the business- respond to new leads, answer questions they have, send out blank leases, collect signed leases, and do their best to fill every room for the summer. The job takes up no more than 40 minutes each day for four months of the year.
