Sabre Quiz - Build an online quiz to train people to be Olympic sabre referees

This project aims to build the first phase of a website that tests and accredits referees for Olympic sabre refereeing as per the attached flowchart. This phase of the website must: 1. Contain a 'Sabre refereeing test' consisting of 20-30 sequential pages, of randomised order each time its accessed. Each page will contain a video clip (in HTML5) of 5-10 seconds duration. The user must select an answer from a multiple choice form underneath the page. Once the answer is submitted, a popup box showing whether the answer was right or wrong should come up. 2. Once a user has finished the quiz, it should send an email to a designated email address with a summary sheet showing how the user has done in terms of correct and incorrect answers. The summary sheet should also be displayed to the user. 3. Part of the quiz is for a user to enter their name, be verified that they are a person through CAPTCHA or related tool, and have this displayed and sent as part of their quiz results. Later phases of this project will aim to: a) Create and store usernames and passwords for each user account b) Contain multiple quizzes c) Each quiz will draw 20 questions from a pool of 100 questions. and so forth.
