I am looking for legal services bidding website same as www.upcounsel.com. Please review this site carefully so you understand the functionalities requied. Site must be capable of performing the following functions: Submit pocess: - Allow customer to sumbit Request for Legal Proposals and slect field of law. - They will write a qustion and during second step thay fil their registration form (name, address, city, postal, email, telephone, password). - The system shall match list of registered lawyer based on customer input and lawyer datils and show them customers requests. - These selected lawyers are notified of Reguest for Leagal Proposals via email Respond to Request for Legal Proposal: - Allow lawyers to respond to Request for Legal Proposals - Allow lawyers and customers to send and receive private messages to clarify any issues in relation to a Request for Legal Proposal Manage Request for Legal Proposal: - Allow customer to edit Request for Legal Proposals (ie. extend due date, delete etc) Register Users: - Allow customers to register their details - Allow lawyers to register their details User Panels: - System must include a user panel for Customers. The Customer user panel must allow customers to access their: dashboard, message centre, posted request for legal proposals, transaction report, and manage account details (to update details and change password etc) - System must include a user panel for Lawyers. The Lawyer user panel must allow lawyers to access their: dashboard, message centre, manage their responded Request for Legal Proposals, search for posted Request for Legal Proposals, transaction report, manage account details (to update details and change password etc), and ability to upload their profile files (eg. profile picture, articles/white papers, and videos). - System must include an Admin panel (for internal administration purposes - to view lawyer and customer details etc) Lawyer Profile Search: - System must allow customers to perform a search for a lawyers based on certain parameters (eg. location, area of law) - System must allow customers to view lawyer profiles - System must allow customers to Hire or Invite lawyers directly from their profile pages Lawyer Rating System: - System must allow customers to rate lawyers they've conducted business with a write about them short review. Payment: Lawyers can offer and set price for their sevices foe each case and customers can accept this price and pay it directly trought website (we will provide you with payment system API or we will do this feature completly by us) Additional Requirements: - System must include a CMS to manage texts on the website - System must be tablet responsive - System must be SEO optmised IPlease make sure you've thoroughly reviewed [login to view URL] and the above so you fully understand the requirements. All this functions what i wrote there are same with [login to view URL], so please make sure that this website will be pretty much same as upcounsel. Website design has to be very similar to upconsel with same layout (especially user interface) and shold look freshly.
