Hosting charges will be borne out by the EMPLOYER. 3. Content writing will be done by the EMPLOYER. However, Freelancer can edit for betterment. 4. Template will be shared and finalized jointly. 5. I need more information about your site and purpose. If you want to use payment gateway in future then laravel (PHP framework) is one of the best solution to develop your website for security purpose. Otherwise I can develop your site in classic php. For both cases to integrate UI I'll use HTML, for client site Javascript or Jquery is needed and mysql for database. I have more than three years of experience in php.
