We are looking to add a comment box feature to our online restaurant reservation system. The system was developed using PHP and includes a front end desktop/mobile website + 3 level control panel (admin + Restaurant main manager + Restaurant branch Manager). We are looking to have users be able to leave a comment to the restaurant by typing in things like "seating preference/baby seats/smoking sections etc) and have the restaurant receive the comment at their control panel.

The comment would be saved to the database with the rest of the reservation information, and be viewable to the restaurant employee. Dear Client I understand that the website just need a small feature which will enable the end users to add some extra requirements 'seat preference, baby chair, food alergy etc' to a already developed code.
