Hello, I have some experience, from 2011 to 2015, I designed, implemented and managed a private website for TV news capturing, recording and automatic storage on our own servers (Linux Ubuntu) the multimedia material. Ten minutes after the transmission was over, the program was available online in flv format for the PCs and a copy converted to mp4 for mac. Additionally, a staff was hired to do transcripts the programs. Based on the transcriptions, names, schedules and database obtained from the words of transcriptions, a "Search Engine" with a Google-like presentation was designed, which allowed to quickly search for programs, words into the programs or programs by schedule. First, the complete program was reproduced when was invoked, but later it was modified to be played from the exactly moment that corresponded to the search (time) of the request. On the last stage of the project I was working on the automatic transcription of the content for a 99.0% accuracy. At the end of the first 4 years of working, this system had a storage of 40 Terabytes and more than 200,000 programs online. The implementation was made with ordinary equipment and our own datacenter, hosting is excessively expensive on internet. On 2015 I left the company to create, implement and manage a project that consisted of an online insurance for vehicles www.asegurame123.com.
