I'am looking for a intranet web page that has a drop list that helps user identify which printer they should be printing to out of the 300+ in the environment. The first option a user will get is a location option. Once they select the location, they will then select the building, floor and finally a list of all printers for that floor will show up as a hyper link.
Users will have the option of clicking on the hyper link to install the printer.
The current format of the printers names is as follows.
Printer name -AAAAA-4-4634-HP-L308
Building-AAAAA
Floor-4
Room-4634
Manufacture-HP
Model-L308
