get a plain tinymce editor running on my server

Hi, My name is Andy Armstrong, I am 26 and have worked in the computer programming industry for 6 years in the UK. I studied at St Andrews University graduating in 2009 with a Honours degree in Computer Science. I have PHP skills and extensive Java and messaging skills having worked extensively with MQTT, IBM MQ, and JMS APIs in the past with deep database knowledge.
