Need Wordpress Changes Done

Wordpress Changes as Follows: 1- Ok the biggest issue we have with the whole website is that the scale never stops increasing (and generally needs to be shrunk) as you expand the browser window. Instead ... we would like the content to scale down but not really keep scaling up. So if you look at the screenshot ... this would be the ideal maximum width for the CONTENT. It would also be the ideal placement for the logo in the top right. The only thing to stretch wider than this would be the main image banner and the header background image (but the logo and buttons wouldn't stretch out any further). 2 - Are we able to locate the logo in an exact place ... but so it still moves when the page is shruck (not when the page is made bigger) 3 - I need telephone number and social icons added to the header, I will forward this to you shortly. 4 - On the content pages: I need the LEAVE A REPLY removed from the bottom. I need it replaced with the JOB ALERTS shortcode (you can see this on the homepage) 5 - I need a couple of logo's added to the footer section in the bottom right. I will send these shortly. 6 - I need a tabbed section added to the following pages (to represent the third tier of navigation) [login to view URL] I need four tabs at the top of the content page (just under the image banner) Services (default) > Executive Search > Database Permanent > Tailored [login to view URL] Our Sectors (default) > Residential & Social Housing > Construction > Rail 7 - NOT SO URGENT I want to add a latest news section to the homepage (in-keeping with the look and feel). Is there anything you know that would work well here? Currently I have just added it as text. 8 - I may need some help customising the tabbed area on the homepage. I will let you know.
