we are building a site here, which we will later upload to our original domain: [login to view URL] The site only has the theme uploaded, and we want 2 languages for the site, English and French. The previous designer has just messed things up, so any plugin you want to use is fine. We want 2 language flags at the top right or however suitable. We want you to fully understand the layout for what is on the PDF for each language, and create the menus/pages/sliders accordingly. Most importantly, we need it in the next 4 hours. Your reply must include "I can deliver in next 4 hours" or I will report your bid as Spam. I would be chatting with a person to make sure they understand it, before handing over the job. Thank You
