The Events Site works like a content management system. The event manager will use the web app to manage all the aspect of the event. Key members: • Admin. • Event Manager. Admin Features: • Add / Delete / edit events (Event Title – Description - Start Date – Finish Date – Event manager - City) and event manager accounts. Admin / Event Manager Features: • Sidebar should include o Speakers. o Sessions. o Sponsors. o Exhibitors. o Booths o Attendee. o Hotels. o Push Messaging   1. Speakers 2. Sessions 3. Sponsors.   4. Exhibitors. 5. Booths. 6. Attendee. 7. Hotels. 8. Push Messaging.   Front end App: Key members: • Exhibitors. • Attendee. Features: • Sign up / login a. Exhibitors will sign up using the sign up page and follow the form wizard. i. Exhibitor fills all company info (Company name – Company logo – Description – Booth number – Category – Website) then click “Next”. ii. Exhibitorfill the product page (3 Products name - 3 images – Product description) then click “Next”. iii. Exhibitor choose a booth or multiple booths. A confirmation message will appear after each selection. (Gold = $2000, Blue = $1000, Grey = reserved Disabled) then click “Finish”. Event Managers have the ability to change a booth from reserved (Grey) to available (blue) using the web app and it should reflect on chart below.
