Greetings, I saw attachment and read requirement and seems SharePoint lists need correct relationships. As per my opinion discussion list need more attentions as it may grow fast. Discussion list need careful design and can finalize only after skype call or other communication channel. Also need to discuss about existing environment and few more queries to resume work.
