Families Arrangement system About the project: We are a company who help families to arrange general and financal manners, the way we help families is to assign a student(BA student) to this family who meets the family in their home six meetings. The roles are : student, coordinator, Manager student: responsible to two families. coordinator: responsible for X students and X families. usually coordinator responsible for families in certain aria and responsible for students who work with these families. manager: responsible for every thing. Requierements: -The system should provide a solution to manage assigning students to families, CRUD operations for every thing, Login/Logout, simple profile, change password etc.. coordinator have the permission to see details only about students and families under him. student have permission only on the 2 families under him. manager have permission on every thing. -The system should let every student to fill in each meeting details(status, date, results, has assignment?, notes), for each 6 meetings. -The system should provide these forms: 1. student have to fill in a confidentiality agreement before he starts any meeting (at the time he got accepted). 2. student have to fill a registration form for the family in his first meeting with them. 3. student have to fill a finish form at his 6th (last) meeting with the family. 4. student have to fill a feedback form on his 4th meeting with the family. note: forms data is simple (text, numbers, select), forms field will be provided. forms will be per student and family except confidentiality agreement will be for student only. - The system should provide each user to upload any file he needs to upload, and a screen to show the files he uploaded. each file should be connected to a family. - System should include sending SMS's, Emails, possible to add notifications also. - Charts to show statistics. - meetings and forms should provide edit history(who changed, what and when) - reports for manager user, per family, coordinator, student. with export to excel. - system should support mobile view (bootstrap). what you will get: - a database in MS SQL with the tables ready(there might be changes) - a RTL bootstrap theme - a starting pages design(can be changes) what you should do/use: - Entity framework - .NET Web MVC Core 2, Authorization and Authentication - Javascript, Jquery in client side - can use charts or datatables or any plugin needed. System screens: - login: we'll get something or do it as you like. - profile: we'll get something or do it as you like. - family screen: 6 meetings are displayed in editable way(text boxes etc) - files screen: files for families -student dashboard: charts, list of families - coordinator dashboard: charts, list of students, list of families - manager dashboad: charts, list of coordinators, list of students, list of families. reports - forms: screens for each form (4 forms). any suggestions in technologies, bootstrap, content, design or anything will gladly be accepted. Times: The estimate time to end this project is 10-14 days from the day project awarded, deadline is very important.
