I have an e-commerce site on Squarespace that is having issues with the purchase process. Based on what I know, it appears that the checkout page does not always load and it is causing a large number of abandoned carts. I would like someone who is an expert on Squarespace to get into the backend of the site and determine what is going wrong with the checkout process and fix it.
