One-Page Style 20 Web Site Templates

Create 20 (twenty) web sites different designs to be used with for hotels. Each web site must be one-page style web site with javascript transition effects. The site should have following features & pages. (+) Language selector -- Html only. Backend functionality will be provided by us -- Language selector should be visible on all pages. (+) Reservation widget -- Html only. Backend functionality will be provided by us -- Reservation widget should be visible on all pages. (+) Must be responsive -- The site should look good in different screen sizes ------------ (+) "Home" page -- This page will have general info (text) and photos about the hotel. -- This page should also display a "Tripadvisor" widget (max 240 x 240px). (+) "The Hotel" page This page will have 3 sections, all in a single page (-) "Location" (-) "Facilities" (-) "Services" (+) "Rooms & Rates" page This page will be blank (content will be provided later by us) (+) "Offers" page This page will be blank (content will be provided later by us) (+) "Gallery" page This page will show photos of the property in a gallery format. If a photo is clicked, it will either start a slideshow or show a bigger version of the photo. (+) "Map" page This page will google map of the property (+) "Contact" page This page will have the address of the hotel and a contact form
