Expert on GNU licenses to advise me on change in app code.

I made a new app using the code of another app called "Yaaic" with license GNU v3. The new app has many changes, improvements and new features with a new structure and new design and has another name, but uses the code "Yaaic". Other codes are used: 1)Yaaic and the new app use the ViewPagerIndicator widget written by Patrik Akerfeldt, Francisco Figueiredo Jr. and Jake Wharton. Licensed under the Apache License 2.0. I need a person skilled in GNU licenses to answer me the following questions: 1) Will the new app GNU v3 license? 2) Do I need to show all the new code publically (github or other)? Part of the code are type php files that are on a server and also uses mysql 3) I will create a company that will have the code for the new app… even GNU code ... Can I use the code for commercial purposes like adding advertising to the app? In this case ... do I need to pay business license PircBot? 4) Can I add in all modified files and new files that the company is the author of the code (addition to the above authors)? 5) Other considerations I need to know ....
