Content management website in ASP.net, C# and MS SQL Server

I need a content management website built strictly using the technologies listed in the title: ASP.net with C# as base language and MS SQL Server for data persistence. As a rough description it should resemble more or less with Wordpress, but obviously on a smaller scale. The website should allow the easy creation and administration of a new page, new blog post, image/gallery display. The website should also feature user roles as a form of security, so data entry roles should be separated from the full administrator role. User account registration would be a plus. At least a couple of CSS themes would also be a big plus.
