Partner wanted for EFA

I have a freelance website for Europe based on the freelancers script provided by an outside source. The site is based at Http://[login to view URL] I am looking for a partner, The reason for this is that i am a technical web designer, and i can only program backend, I am looking for a partner, who can redesign the main site template, and give the site a more graphical feel. There will also be a few more bits of information to be added, to the site.. Person who qualifies must also be able to get the site promoted, to as many people as possible, The more that take part the more money that is made. The person who becomes my partner, will recieve a 50/50 split on all profits made off the site, NOTE : becuase of the earning potential for the site, the work is to be done with regards to the site, and the payment will be with the 50/50 profit split.
