Development of Product Configurator for Magento

Hello, I am searching for a magento expert who can develop a product configurator as a magento shop extension. The target would be that the product images and prices of a configurable product will change in the product preview on the product detail page if the user e.g. configures the color of the product. Important would be that: 1) The product which the user configured must be shown in the shopping basket. 2) The product images for the configurator must be possible to import easily via bulk upload (e.g. csv file) 3) The configuration menu on the product detail page must show small thumbnails of the colors which the user can choose. 4) Also the thumbnails for the configurator must be possible to import easily via bulk upload (e.g. csv file) 5) There must be a possibility to use the configurator as an easy to implement plugin in other partnershops or website (also those which are not Magento stores). About No. 5 we can talk in detail later. If this task is possible for you to develop, I would like to know how you would develop it and your estimation for the effort. Looking forward to your reply.
