ASP.NET (VB.NET) Clone one of our sites and change design. Add a couple other features

We have an existing website that was developed in .NET (VB). We would like to take the existing website and database, change the design and add a couple features to the new site. 95% of the will be done by the time you make a copy of it. We want to give the new site a new look. We will provide the website template that will be used for the new site. The current site is designed so that it can have an infinite number of site owners that have their own domain name that points to it. Each customer is able to choose a design and we load some templates to do this. The new site will not function this way. It will be one site with one design. Each customer will have a dynamic sub domain off of the main site domain like [[login to view URL]][1]. The only thing this will do is track which user will get credit for any sales and also load a couple different settings that are user specific. Things that need to be added. A page where users can choose from a list of affiliate programs to add to their site.A section where they can paste their banners once they sign up with the [login to view URL] ad rotation on all pages. Banner placement will be on the main template. All other pages will simply load the header and footer template which will contain the site layout and [login to view URL] will be three products. Users of the site will be able to choose a package and purchase it. Most of this is already on the existing site except they can only choose one product. Merchant processing is also in place on the original site.A few more static content pages may need to be added. The site is a real estate listing site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET,VB.NET, SQL Server, IIS
