Website amendments required - Drupal

Redesign the website with the following requirements: A customer can put their product details and their description (billing address, name, phone number and email address etc). After clicking on submit ,the details would automatically be sent to the email of the website owner, then the owner can confirm which product the customer wants and the owner can confirm the price to the customer. And then the customer can do the payment through the website.(Online shopping cart with payment integration). I will give the website details once you are selected.
