There will be a robust admin that will allow me to edit/add/delete listings, send messages to listings, search listings, Export database to CSV. Website will make money by offering upgraded listings. Upgraded will show up higher on the site. Website should allow to for billing of this service, keep track of yearly subscriptions and handle renewals. Payment on completion, upload to server, and debug, bug free. Can you do it? Have you done? Convince me.
