Hi, First of all your website concept is very interesting. I have some questions: 1. Would there be an admin area for you to specify fees, manage contests, manage users / votes etc?? If it's required then there would be a lot of additional work. So please specify if its needed and if needed exactly what you want managed. 2. How would be winners be decided? Automatically based on votes on time completion or manually by the admin?
