Wordpress site to web app

We are developing a web app and are using wordpress to do this for many compelling reasons. We will need some help turning the site into a web app compatible with most mobile OS. We need to serve two versions, one for phones and one for Pads. There will not be any graphic design involved but we will require you to be somewhat creative in helping us to achieve the best version possible. You must have a strong background and proven track record with this type of work and stand some in depth questioning about the subject. We are not idiots and if you are one of those guys who bids for everything and then finds someone to do it, we will absolutely know so don't bother. (We have had several people banned for doing this, you've been warned. When you reply you MUST include the phrase 'we are the knights who say ni'' in your response title, this proves to us that you have read the spec and saves us wading through loads of crap. DO NOT copy and paste an endless list of projects you claim to have completed. Post no more than three of your best and if you do so, include contact details or the job reference on freelancer. If you do not have a decent reputation on here yet do not be put off applying, we deal with that with payment conditions and are happy to give new people a try.
