Create a Wordpress Template Edit PHP codes to customize wordpress theme

The website is up and running, but I need some help in customizing the website. Altogether I only want three small fixes in my website. I get premium technical support from the company where I bought the template/theme, but unfortunately they don't customize the theme or modify it according to client specification. I know exactly what files to edit in order to customize the website, but I am not so good at PHP and so I need help. The website that I want to edit is [login to view URL] I have all the credentials for FTP, CPanel, and WP that you will need in order to fix the files. As I already mentioned I want to make three small changes in my website. The first change is, I have three different menues in my website 'top navigation menu', 'main menu', and 'mobile menu'. By default 'Top Navigation Menu' has an option called 'Change Location' (you can see this in top left side of attachment 1), I want to add that option to main menu and mobile menu. Change Location allows users to update their current location. In order to make this change you will have to edit header.php. I am attaching that file in this email. Second change I want to make is to add 'State Field' in quick Search (look at attachment 2). In the theme there is no option to edit the fields in Quick Search. I want to add State Field in the quick search, similar to that of 'Advanced Search' (attachment 3). The theme has an option of adding State Field in 'Advanced Search', so I think adding that to 'Quick Search' shouldn't be that bad. The file that you'll have to edit to fix quick search is '[login to view URL]'. I am attaching that file in this message. Final thing that I want to fix in this website is the way website categories are listed in the home page (Attachment 4). Currently every Category (Community, For Sale, Housing Rental,...) starts in a new row. I want the categories to be listed in an order. As soon as one of the categories finishes, i want the next category to start in the next line. The file that you'll have to edit is '[login to view URL]'. I am attaching that file in this email.
