Searching for Wordpress Expert to Add Plugins and Make theme Responsive

Are you a Wordpress Expert? Do you have experience installing different plugins and modifying them? Do you know what an autoresponder/newsletter is, a sticky menu, a pricing chart and know how to easily add buttons and icons to a website? Do you know how to make websites responsive quickly? If you answered yes to many of these things then you are right for this project! I have a wordpress website (Using the Catalyst framework) that needs the following work done and a couple other minor modifications.
