Freelancers, I am looking to create a website that will allow building owners and managers to post construction projects for service providers to bid on. The website will have similar functionality to Freelancer and Elance, however we are not looking for a clone and the code must be unique. The website will have the following main features: - Homepage with project & provider search, project categories, featured projects and latest projects - Ability to post project specifications and include project name, project details, project scope, information session dates, job walk dates, upload files, bid requirements, etc. - Project dashboard includes project details, uploaded files, project clarification chat board and contractor bids. - Service provider profile pages with ability to invite service providers to bid on projects. - Partner Network sub-domains that are custom branded and display only projects from that partner: [login to view URL] - Rate service providers and add comments A full website specification will be provided to the winning bidder.
