Law office voice and video chat consultation website

I have a Joomla website and I would like to integrate the following in order for my clients to offer real time online consultations The ability for visitors after creating an account to either: 1- schedule an appointment with the lawyer using a calendar that will show availability then pay for it through paypal 2- Connect with the lawyer if he is online after making a payment through paypal ( Click on something saying consult now ) The button should change from consult now to schedule an appointment depending on whether the lawyer is available at that time Once the visitor schedule a consultation they will receive a confirmation through email with instruction on how to get to their consultation may be using a passcode Before scheduling or connecting for a consultation and before paying the visitor will fill out a form to select from different legal issues and an optional field to describe the issue they would like a consultation for. I am very open minded and would take any suggestion even if it is different from the above as long as it will achieve the same desired outcome You will apply this to fresh already built joomla website including a template.
