VB Virus Script on my Computer? HTML- What is this?

Visual Basic experts and security guys will find these task questions easy. I have some HTML files on my computer, and From nowhere some of these files have some Inserted VB Code installed inside the html page. I havnt inserted this, and am confused to where it came from. Please check the Attached Word file, which has the Code on. a) Is it being inserted from online? b) or I have a virus/trojan on my computer? c) and what is it? d) If so how can i find this virus? e) and Where is it found on my computer? f) How can i delete it? g) How did it get on my system? h) What Virus checking software can i use to Delete/Detect it? i) How dangerous is this virus/script?
