Build a QUESTION & ANSWER platform website like ASK.FM and FORMSPRING.COM

Hi there. Please read this brief in FULL. Don't try to sneak me by putting an offer and sending me an automated reply. READ and reply respectively. This project is for the design of a website where people can: - register and create a profile (username, name, email, photo, biography) - visit other friends profiles (ex: [login to view URL]) - while on a friends profile, ask them a question - friend can reply with a text, video or a photo answering the question - you can like answers by clicking a little heart icon This seems complicated, but it is simple. I can provide graphics if necessary. Attached is a must read document explaining what and how [login to view URL] and formspring work. Please take a look and familiarize yourself. If you already know how the websites work, that is a bonus. If not, make sure you understand. I want this website however to be a little bit different.
