We are a Social Media Marketing company which has arranged a white label account for a social media communications platform and we need to set up an informative website about the features supported by the platform, and enable sign-up. Our clients are predominantly not-for-profit organisations wanting to increase their profile through social media to raise awareness and grow their donor bases, they are located around the world. The people we deal with are aged between mid-20's to mid-40's in age (mostly female), they are the communications and PR people in these not-for-profit organisations, they are not usually very technically-minded, social media is a new concept for them and they have a large work-load. So, what we need to express with this website is a very professional product, but with personality and a sense of fun (the Home Page design created for our main website uses a rhinoceros as the main image, this is to give a sense of fun and because a lot of our clients are animal sanctuaries and zoos). We need the site to be clean and uncluttered, and we need it to convey a sense of 'Easy to Use'. We would like to mirror our existing website as closely as possible. We want to use the same colours and structure to keep the look and feel as close to our existing website as possible so customers can see the direct relationship between our marketing services and the platform. The page layouts we'd like are: Home Page Information pages layout will be used for the majority of the pages with little blurbs and screen shots/images to break the info up into digestible bits Contact Us enquiry form which needs to be mapped to our Salesforce Web-to-Lead Help page with 3 buttons: User Manual, Frequently Asked Questions, Support Request to be linked to 'Email-to-Case' in Salesforce Pricing page, which would need to be set up similar to the Plans & Pricing page on Sendible (the white label product we're using) with pricing tables tables and 'Sign up Now' buttons (see[login to view URL] See also: [login to view URL] which is another white label client of Sendible) In terms of copy, the banner on the home page would have a heading and then a sub-line that rotates with a matching screen shot (we'll have 3-4 different sub-lines and images to rotate). We also need 2 buttons on the Home Page banner "View Demo" (link to a video) and "Free Trial" (link to a payment portal). We expect to be updating the website content at least monthly to keep it current. -We will need to be able to embed video as we will create training and product tour videos in future. -The Sign-Up buttons on the Pricing screen will need to direct the customer to a payment portal (this project doesn't incl set-up of the payment pg). -We need delivery within a month.
