Convert .psd to 4 page html/css website

Attached is a .zip file with 3 psd files, a home page and 2 other content pages. Please look at them first before you bid on the project so you have an idea of the site that needs to be coded. I WOULD LIKE to have the website finished by Wednesday the 6th of June at 5pm Central Standard Time USA. I need this site to be designed in html and css, either as an html page or php page and needs to be formatted properly so that it can also be loaded in Dreamweaver to easily edit and update the content. There is a slider in the header of the site which will be consistent on every page. The only thing that will change on the slider is the text on the right hand side of the page. I will get you the 3 remaining lines of text that will rotate later. They need to also be able to change when you click on the 1,2,3,4 buttons below the slider on the right side. If you want to duplicate the first slide with the same text that's in the .psd for now, I can always go into the code and update slide 2,3 and 4 when I have that text. There are some social icons in the footer that can be set to # that way I can go into the code and assign their link later. The contact us link in the header will just be a mailto:email link so set it's link to # and I will update later. I need everything you see in the layouts coded, not just the framework of the template but all text and graphics as well. This should be a complete website of what you see in the .psd files. The website needs to also be cross browser compatible with Firefox, Chrome, Safari and IE on Mac and PC. It also needs to be compatible back to IE 8 as well. I will be checking the layout in [login to view URL] It's a fairly simple site and hopefully will be enjoyable for someone to code. When finished, if you could host it on a test server for me to preview and once approved, send the file in a .zip file either on freelancer or to my email address that would be great!
