Energy Consumption Calc

I have an Energy Consumption Calculator in a spreasheet format. It determines the power consumption / usage of different light bulbs and produces equations based on different formulas (all contained within the spreadsheet). It compares power usage and costs and most fields can be editted to manipulate the calculator to get an exact and accurate power and cost reading. I'd like:- - An iTunes app created. This should work exactly like the spreadsheet and contain links to the site. (when selected, the link opens the website in the Safari browser) - The App is uploaded to iTunes. I would prefer not to be involved in uploading the app to iTunes. - App is tested rigorously. A malfunctioning application is no good! The app will be free to download and will contain links (shortcuts) to my website for purchasing LED lights.
