Similar Fiverr Design Just Require PSD

I will need someone to design a website similar to Fiverr. In fact, an improved version of Fiverr in Chinese, require highly creative website designer as I do not prefer the current outlook of fiverr, so you probably have to re-design fiverr all over, make it look much better than current fiverr. In this project, I will need: 1 detailed design of my new similar to fiverr website, only in PSD format. (include logo, login box, popup box design etc) Design elements based on the current fiverr website (categories, content area, etc, all elements of fiverr website should be included in my site) The design must fulfill: 1. professional outlook, look like a really large, high ranking website 2. look happy and colorful, encourage people to purchase 3. creative and different than fiverr 4. a little bit of chinese elements in it. YOU do not require to know any CHINESE, you can simply design it in english. but knowing CHINESE and Expert in actual website developing process are preferred. (as i will need to find someone to build it later anyway) Thanks.
