A simple website with some graphic design

I am in the business of buying/selling World of Warcraft Accounts. I've gotten to the point where I need a website for myself. I've registered a domain called [login to view URL] so the name of the website would be called Premium MMO. I will give you 3 websites that are similar to what I am looking for. I need a simple template like these websites have so I can update the accounts and add or delete as need be. The website will have 2 sections. US WoW accounts and EU WoW accounts. They will be identical except one section will offer us wow accounts and the other eu wow accounts. I do not need a checkout option on the website, people are supposed to contact me either through skype or another instant messenger for us to make payment. I'm not looking for a crazy graphic intense website, but I would need an attractive website. I also need a live chat help included in the website as well. Mainly I need a website incorporating the other ones I've given into one. Easy templates for me to use so I can update new wow accounts with pictures, etc. I just need the website done, because I have enough computer knowledge to be able to maintain the website.
