Description: Build website and platform for reservation system Client: Rental agency for apartments in the Caribbean, vacation rentals Criteria: Professional, trendy, warm and tropical. Briefing: For one of our clients we are in need of a simple website to host their apartments on. The website should be easily accessible and should attract (create) traffic from Google while searching on certain keywords. Seeking: - 3 ready-made pages - Availability calendar - Interactive map, - unlimited photos, - booking inquiry form, - customer feedback (upon approval of client), - translation into 2 different languages, (Dutch and English) - multiple properties - Search engine submission & optimization included - create business card for the property with the web address Client is seeking minimal maintenance. Maintenance should be updates on prices and easy to upload pictures for new listings. Eample website: [login to view URL] Bids: We are seeking a fixed fee solution.
