As a FFmpeg enthusiast I think Its pretty straightforward to implement this change in asking user to select one thumbnail and can complete in a couple of hours

Are you crazy? What the hell are you talking about? The budget! Do you think it is reasonable? No one can do that within your budget. Furthermore, the project has got a PROBLEM needs to be considered. Anyhow that is not a point. Point is that I can do and the budget is not reasonable.
