Audio Submission Twitch Extension (Java / node.js / Twitch.tv)

Hi I'm a Twitch Streamer. I'm pretty familiar with coding, however I don't do much of it myself. I want a custom Twitch extension that fetches audio from link submissions and plays it during my stream at specific intervals. I want my viewers to be able to submit audio shout outs that will play automatically during the stream. For example: A user could submit an audio link of themselves singing me happy birthday, it would play on stream live for everyone to hear and then after a specified interval, the next audio that was submitted will play. The extension should appear as a component next to the chat in the video player(No different than most twitch extensions). It will be hosted by Twitch. I don't believe there would be any need for a VPS. The extension is simple. I have provided a great deal of details so that it should not be confused at all. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING. IF IT IS NOT IN MY WORKFLOW, THEN I HAVE NOT CONSIDERED IT. I WILL WORK WITH YOU CLOSELY TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE COMFORTABLE AND I GET THE DESIRED PRODUCT. It should work just like this:>> In the attached workflow, the title "Front-End" refers to ([login to view URL]). The Large Blue square on the left is an example of what the viewer/submitter will see after they click the extension component. (Components appear to the left of chat, when the cursor is hovered over live streams. Please view a live stream or two until you see one if you don't know what I mean.) The middle of this workflow page contains directions for how I would like you to code the extension's functionality. The Large Green and Red squares on the left are the extensions two possible responses to the viewer/submitter submission. For Clarity: The viewer/submitter will Add a link, click submit and the receive a either a success or error response. Nothing else will be required if successful. If error, viewer must resubmit. 1) Viewer Submits Link to audio file hosted on dropbox, gdrive or any other desired hosting platform and the requested amount of Bits 2) Viewer will either receive a confirmation or an error. That's all. They don't need to enter any commands in chat at all. <<This second attached image is the streamer/my interface ([login to view URL]). This is what I should see on my extensions page in my "Creator's Dashboard". It should work just like this:>> Each box should be it's own tab "Configure", "Review", "Playlist". 1) The first tab is "CONFIGURE' where I configure the extension: how many bits I require for my viewers to submit audio and how many seconds between the extension's audio fetches. The audio in the "Playlist" tab automatically plays at these intervals. 2) The second tab is "REVIEW" where I review all submissions. When I <Approve> the audio, the file link is added to the "Playlist" tab. When I <Decline> the audio, the file link is deleted and the submitter is given a refund of their Bits. 3) The third and final tab is "PLAYLIST". More Visual than functional. This tab allows me to see which file is "Up Next". After the audio is played, it is removed from the Playlist. The next file will automatically play once the interval specified on "CONFIGURE" tab is met.
