Build am online script to monitor the price of a flight and alert when reach a certain price

I need an online website on a url l'll provide with password to access (since it's for internal use, the layout doesnt matter, it can be any. You must upload it online to this url and install the password protection). On this website we'll have to run a script every x hours, to track flight pricing from a specific url and scrape the date from this website into a table. From this table, we'll then create a filter to find the best flight and then send an email with this flight to a user. The URL to track is this: [login to view URL] As you can see on the URL above you have a search for a flight from GRU (sao paulo) to MAD (madrid) on Mar-19-2020, flying business class (cabina=J), for 1 adult. fecha1_dia=19 (this is the day) fecha1_anomes=2020-03 (this is year and month) from_city1=GRU (flight from) to_city1=MAD (destination) ida_vuelta=ida (one way or return, and we can leave it as always "ida") cabina=J (type of cabin, Y=economy and J=business, so this we'll be able to select when filtering) nadults=1 (number of adults, to be selected) nchildren=0 (number of children, to be selected) ninfants=0 (number of infants, to be selected) So, in my website l must be able to track a specific flight by typing in the origin destination using 3 letter airport code, then type in destination city typing the 3 letter airport code. After that l can select, type of cabin, the date, and number of passengers. And then it'll run on this url above, changing only the applicable informations: After selecting the above options l can then select how l want to track, for example: Run Cron Every X hours (drop down of 1 to 23) until date Y (select date). So the cron would run and scrape the date on a table like the one attached ([login to view URL]) Then l must be able to see which crons are running so l can then pause/play/delete cron. Also on this page l can select to see the results of the cron (a table with all data). I also want to create an Alert to inform by email if a desired flight is available by selecting certain criteria like the ones below (none of them are mandatory, so l can choose none, or one of them or all of them): Number of stops: From X to Y (for example if l want only direct flight l'd select 0 to 0, or if up to 1 stop would be 0 to1) First stop at airport: FRA (type in 3 letter code of airport) So if I'm booking a flight from GRU to MAD and l want to track the first flight of the journey at specific city, l can then type in the airport. (see attached 2) Price is below: 100000 (open field to type in an amount) Alert email: (open field to type in email) Must be able to see the alerts created in order to pause/play/delete and also have a count of how many times those criteria were met (a simple count) So the basic idea of the alert is to check the conditions, and if those conditions are met, alert by email that a flight is found with the details of this flight. So imagine l'm tracking a business class flight from MAD to CNF on 19-Mar-2020 for 1 adult, and l want to know if the first flight goes to GRU and l want it to alert me if this whole journey costs below 144000. Number of stops: (I could leave blank because it doesnt matter for me the number of stops) First stop at airport: GRU (because l want to know) Price is below: 144000 (because this is the amount l want to pay) Alert email: type in my email So the script would run the url: [login to view URL] And scrape the data to a table, and then compare the filter selected to alert the flights found, which in this case found 2 flights (attached file [login to view URL] with the first two flights that met my filter).
