We need to build a website for Australian Chinese Finance Exchange Association (nonprofit). The instructions of building website and specific requirements of layout are given in detail. We need the function of client login and signup, the back-stage database should be available for us to be checked. Some of the instructions are in Chinese now, English version will be sent after confirming. Please note that our budget is under AUD$200.
