Edit a php script, make several changes

I own a large pool hall (billiards). Several nights a week we have leagues and some of these leagues are sanctioned by the APA (American pool players association) and other leagues are what we call in house (or ran by our staff). We have a total of 32 pool tables and what I am looking to create is an auto scheduling program that will allow us to enter a league (or session), then within that session assign pool tables for the teams for that league on the nights they play. What we have right now is functional (php, mysql, php-fpm, nginx) but very limited with no customization at all. You'll see we have 5 different venues we play at. This schedule was created from the script we already have but we have no way to customize it or change it if need be. On the bottom of the page it shows the teams and the pool tables they are assigned to play on for this week 10. Then if you go back to the home screen and click create new schedule, it shows a couple of the leagues we have entered. Click on any of the leagues and you will see several options listed, then as you click on a team name under Breaktime, it will assign those teams against each other. If you click on a team under any of the other venues, it just tells the schedule these teams are playing elsewhere and we do not need to schedule a table to them at Breaktime. After you click next it will create the table assignments. What we're missing here is a listing of teams that play at other venues and the ability to print these assignments. We need the following: Abillity to create a session (league) and if needed multiple divisions within those sessions. For example Monday Night APA Division 1 and Division 2. Will also need to create multiple sessions per night if its needed. The ability to edit the year, game type (8 ball or 9 ball) and date. Under the poolhall team assignments need the ability to enter in our own descriptions (names) for the pool halls we play at. So if you were to setup some sort of wizard it would go something like this. Step 1, Create session, then ask how many divisions within that session. Will also need to ask for a starting date of that session. Step 2 would be to enter league name, year would be autofilled (but editable?) session time (spring, summer, fall, winter), type (8 or 9 ball), number of weeks played (a dropdown from 1 to 32). Step 3, ask how many teams in the above session created. If more than 1 division start with division 1. Step 4, Ask how many other venues are playing in this session or is it in house. If in house is selected then only the name Breaktime would need to be shown on the assignment for this session. If multiple venues are selected then ask how many and allow us to name them. Step 5 show a review of what was entered from above, select to save it or edit. Then ask to create another session or start table assignments. Once all leagues are setup, then we have we just go to the week # and setup the schedule until that session is completed. For example, in the summer session, it's 16 weeks and after the last week, we'd have to run the wizard again to setup the teams and venues for the fall session. What I am trying to accomplish is a completely automated but editable table assignment script so we can assign all of our leagues from this. It does not have to be 100% accurate in assignments but we will need the ability to edit the results that are shown after we create a table assignment. And lastly, I need to password protect this with an admin login.
