Fix my html mobile app website

I've converted my mobile app to an html website and the formatting for my input boxes and my search and submit buttons are off. They now span the entire page. The entire app is on one [login to view URL] page. I'd like someone to do the following: 1) change the [login to view URL] file to resize my 36 input boxes and submit and search buttons to normal size. 2) I have a js file which calculates 2 averages and one of them seems not to be working. Please fix. 3) Js for my search function in one file section is not working properly..seems not to be searching entire file. Don't bid if you can't start work right away. I need you to document what you did to fix errors. I will provide you ftp access.
