Property portal for property professionals to find development opportunities. 3 Client categories A- Agents/Sellers, B- Buyers/Developers, C- Cash finance/investors Need a data reading tool to read, pair Adverts to Buyers via notification. Effectively a search/matchmaking functionality for targeted property search information. Site will allow Client "A" to upload detailed property information into portal. Client "B" will have pre--registered the buying criteria for their desired property search so can be notified upon matching criteria being advertised. Client "A" can "send to all" OR "send to selected" buyers from buyers list. Forms needed to collect data from all participants to form profiles and history and search criteria. Dashboards needed for Client "B" to show working history, experience, financial position and qualifications etc. Dashboards to be private but sharable to Client "C" with permissions from Client "B" Client "C" also pre-registers investment criteria. Client "C" is notified when appropriate investment opportunity is established. Client "C" accepts terms and fees and requests access to Client "B" profile data to assess investment and professional.
